The ic-BOARD provides the highest level of security by providing two separate web sites.

The username and password-protected site offers separate databases for regular and confidential meetings. Items are available with controlled levels of access based on user roles and approval groups.

The Public site offers your constituents access to real-time data on-line. Everyone has the access they need!
UNLIMITED MEETINGS

ic-BOARD has unlimited agenda categories for regular board meetings, work sessions, executive sessions, expulsion hearings, cabinet meetings, and much more!

Departmental staff meetings that are completely separate from the board meetings can even be added.

An entire year's worth of meetings, with their individual category shells can be defined by the Secretary to the Board in less than 15 minutes.
Synchronized Meetings

ic-BOARD can synchronize your board members to the current board item with one click.

By just clicking on the next item the Board President advances the meeting and everyone's screen will automatically advance together!

Board members only need to use their mouse or a tap of a finger to vote. Press YES, NO, or ABSTAIN and the vote tally will automatically display at the top of the screen. It is that easy!
BOARD PACKETS

Eliminate those cumbersome board packets forever.

ic-BOARD makes compiling and distributing your board packet easy!

With one "click", you can publish a private agenda packet for your board members. When you are ready to publish your public packet, with just one "click" the public can access the site from your district's website and you're done.
AUTO E-MAILS

After the author submits the initiative, the next defined recipient automatically receives an email notification. This informs them that an agenda item needing their review and approval has been delivered to their ic-BOARD inbox.

At any time, the collaboration team can add comments or suggest revisions.

When one member of the team electronically signs off on an item, it is sent on to the next approving authority until reaching the final signer for final approval.
